invoice immediate payment. Final payments should be received
not less than 38 days from the date of the tour. For bookings
falling below 38 days, payment should be made immediately
upon confirmation of tour arrangements. All payments in US

If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following cancellation
percentages will apply to the whole holiday cost: -
32 - 21 days prior to travel date 25%
20 - 14 days prior to travel date 50%
13 - 05 days prior to travel date 75%
04 - 00 days prior to travel date 100%

IN THE COSTS
Accommodation with bed and breakfast in Nairobi, full board
on safari and half board at beach hotels. All transportation
during the safaris with full time services of an English-speaking
driver guides. All transfers include airport meet and greet
services.

INCLUDED IN THE COSTS
Visa cost, international and domestic airfares (except for
local Air Safaris), beverages, laundry, tips and porterage,
international and domestic airport departure tax.
